Hi! I'm a software engineer who loves building things. I'm coming back to the world of tech after a 10 month career break filled with travel, many conversations with friends old and new, and generally giving my brain a proper rest.
This is the first post on my new blog — a place where I'll share what I'm learning, projects I'm working on, and thoughts on software development, the state of tech in 2026, and beyond.

Why Blog?
Writing is one of the best ways to solidify understanding. If I can explain something clearly, I truly understand it. If I struggle to explain it, that's a signal to dig deeper.
It also gives me something to link to when answering the same question for the tenth time (most often to myself).
